The travel agent Trav N Go are very unprofessional and although the holiday appears to be cheap there are not flights to all London airports unless you pay extra. In addition to this they got my daughter’s passport information incorrect and I had issues checking in. I also was unable to check in on my way home and had to pay to check in. I had a nice time in Rhodes and the hotel was lovely. However I had a stressful experience with the booking and therefore I do not recommend booking with the travel agents.
The Fine Print
Price advertised is based on two people sharing, therefore two vouchers must be bought to qualify for the deal.
The voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase.
If not redeemed within 48 hours, the voucher will auto-redeem, and the customer should contact the travel agent to book. This does not impact the customer���s right to a change of mind refund within 14 days unless the holiday is booked.
All holidays purchased are subject to availability and pricing is not guaranteed once the voucher has auto redeemed.
Valid for selected flights only on the dates chosen by the purchaser; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights.
