This was the best ever deal. The hotel is amazing, clean and has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was delicious and nice and fresh. The zoo and aquarium was lovely too. My children had the best time.

We had a brilliant time it rained the whole time we was there but it still a great experience. We never see a lot of the animals as it was too wet even for them. But the sealife was amazing we sat and watched the amazing fish for at least 2 hours. Our room was great the children loved the beds and the Oreo treats left on the pillows really made there day. Breakfast was good too. Definitely will be doing this again

Great deal for an overnight stay and entrance to the zoo and sea life centre. It was the perfect way to end the Christmas holidays. We bought 4 vouchers and had a lovely day with 3 other families and nice meal in the evening. Easy to purchase the voucher and book the rooms online. The staff at Chessington were really helpful. Highly recommend this deal if it comes up again

Amazing We spent 1 night here, and had such an amazing night! The staff where so unbelievably helpful, kind, respect and responsive to and queries that we had. Using the facilities on site aswell, which where all clean, well looked after, just amazing and hope to visit again one day!

Even older families can find this magical When we arrived in the morning the hotel looked super impressive my daughter likened it to an Alpen ski resort from the outside with the huge windowed reception, we parked up almost as close to the hotel as you can get, it wasn’t until we went to get our bags to check in later in the day we realised it was pre booked parking we had parked in fortunately though I think the name cards were out of date or at least no one had complained

Exceptional stay in November Stayed at the hotel on the evening of the Merlin passholder day - it was very quiet and whilst I assumed staff might have let their hair down a little bit, I was wrong and they were very attentive - all the staff wanted to engage from front desk, breakfast to the pool.

Children ages are 3-15 years old, under 3’s are free.
The Theme Park Rides are not open during your visit. Your stay includes Entry to Chessington World of Adventures ‘Zootastic’ event which includes the Zoo & SEA LIFE only.
If booking an animal themed family room with guaranteed view over the Wanyama reserve, you can choose either a Giraffe, Tiger or Monkey themed room - subject to availability.
Chessington Zoo and SEA LIFE are open 10am until 3pm.
Entry to Chessington Zoo and SEA LIFE is only valid for the date specified as part of your short break and is not transferable for use on another visit.
Friday Night stays: Your entry ticket will be valid for your date of check-out.
Saturday Night stays: Your entry ticket will be valid for either your date of check-in or check-out.
Sunday Night stays: Your entry ticket will be valid for your date of check-in.
