Amazing !! Me and my partner stayed here for the weekend and had a lovely stay. Our room was amazing, very modern, clean and had everything we needed. Ian the host couldn’t do enough for you, extremely welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. Great location within walking distance of Windermere and bowness. Breakfast was also fantastic.

Another amazing stay at Glencree! Our second stay at Glencree and it was amazing again. Ian is a great host and can’t do any more for you and he was super happy to help him us out and squeeze us in relatively last minute. We stayed in the stunning suite with the hot tub which was spotlessly clean and spacious. The hot tub was lovely and super clean. The breakfast made to order was beautiful and you can tell it is top quality produce. We can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect accomodation for a relaxed walking holiday Great location within walking distance of Windermere town and Bowness. Nice clean rooms. Hosting style is hands-off with self check in and check out. Plenty of useful information provided on a tablet in the room. Breakfast provided was prompt and tasty each day. The host was fantastic throughout - welcoming, friendly, and always looking to help.

Little gem in Windermere Had a fantastic weekend stay. Rooms are spotlessly clean. We had a room on the top floor that had a quirky metal spiral staircase to get to it. The owners were away and Shiralee was our contact and was absolutely fantastic, she couldn't do enough for us at breakfast. She is a keeper. Would definitely recommend.
