Good value for money. A couple good staff - and a couple not so good. There was a fire alarm went off at 3am. The only member of staff on site gave very poor instructions and left guests outside whilst he went back to bed.

Good Quite good, especially bearing in mind the mostly low prices for the products and services. With our supplies and equipment, we had all that we needed to make progress. If you are out touring the city most possibly it has whatever you need

We love this hotel! We spent a week at the Hotel. Everyone we encountered from the manager to housekeeping was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. we love this hotel! Rooms are styled beautifully and are stocked with great shampoos etc. There’s a cute courtyard , great complimentary coffee- and even complimentary .

Honest staff , I get help from them a lot. This is a great place with very great service especially from who helped me with booking making sure everything was good with mine and my family’s stay. I love their staff honest and helpful service. today morning I need a personal thing they help me a lot.

The hotel itself could do with an upgrade. The quality of the food was very good - particularly the breakfast. HOWEVER, although the WOWCHER offer specified a 2 course meal, at the end of the meal we were asked for £12 as we had exceeded our limit of £30 ????. Nowhere had it been specified that we had a limit of £30 to spend on our meal otherwise we would have been happy to settle for 1 course. I think you would be hard pushed to get 2 × 2 course meals for £30 from their menu!!
