The Fine Print

  • When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 20th December 2024.
  • One date per voucher.
  • May buy multiples as gifts.
  • The voucher is valid on 13th Sept, 15th Nov, or 20th Dec 2024 only.
  • Customers must redeem their voucher by 12 pm the day before their chosen event. Prices include the booking fee. The voucher is valid only for the purchased show date and cannot be transferred. If it is not redeemed by 12pm the day before the event, it will become invalid, with no refunds or exceptions.
  • The show will take place in the Mortimer Suite at City Hall, with the entrance located on Paragon Street. If a show is also happening in the main City Hall that night, please collect your tickets from the box office on Carr Lane. Otherwise, you may go directly to the Mortimer Suite entrance. Doors open at 7:30 pm, and the event begins at 8:00 pm, so please plan to arrive early.
  • You must bring your voucher on your smartphone.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Vouchers are valid for redemption until 20th December 2024
