Can friends and family come watch?

Yes. There is designated spectator areas both inside and outside.

What should I wear?

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, with warm layers in spring, autumn and winter.

You must wear flat-soled, slim fitting shoes.

Helmets are supplied and mandatory in all experiences.

Please note a Balaclava is required. If you do not have a balaclava with you, one can be purchased from reception for £3 or you can get a hair net free of charge.

Are refreshments available?

Yes, there is an indoor refreshment cafe serving hot and cold drinks, snacks and pre-packaged sandwiches.
