How to grow?

Pot up plants in frost-free conditions until frost risk passes, then gradually acclimatise them outdoors over 7 to 10 days before transplanting. Grow in moist, fertile soil with compost or fertiliser mixed into the top 20cm. Plants arrive dormant but will establish quickly once planted in prepared soil, ensuring roots are spread and watered well. Apply mulch for protection from cold. If planting is delayed, temporarily set in loose soil or compost. New growth will appear in spring.
